Our company has been successfully operation on the market of railways construction for seventeen years. Over this period our company reconstructed and erected over 200 railways infrastructure facilities.

06/16/2009 - Negotiations Held at the Top Level

The topic of negotiations held on the 15th of May, 2009 between the Director General of OOO “Stroycomplect-2” (Limited Liability Company), Mr. Yury Rekunov, and the Minister of Works and Transportation of the Republic of Uganda, Mr. John Byabagambi, was reconstruction of a railway network in the Republic of Uganda with the view of improvement of its traffic capacity.

LICENSES

Competence of our company for feeder tracks construction is subjected to state licensing.

Our right for execution of front-end engineering and design including geodetic engineering is subjected to state licensing.

Competence of our company for design and project operations is confirmed by the design engineering license.

We perform construction of railways in compliance with the construction works license.
