06/16/2009 - Negotiations Held at the Top Level
The topic of negotiations held on the 15th of May, 2009 between the Director General of OOO “Stroycomplect-2” (Limited Liability Company), Mr. Yury Rekunov, and the Minister of Works and Transportation of the Republic of Uganda, Mr. John Byabagambi, was reconstruction of a railway network in the Republic of Uganda with the view of improvement of its traffic capacity.
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 
Quality system of OOO Stroycomplect-2 was certified in compliance with ISO 9001 standard in 2006. The above means that for several years quality control in our company has been maintained according to the international standards and supervised on the arm's length basis: by the auditors unsubordinated to the manufacturing departments.
The Certificate additionally confirms the high level of quality of all the services provided by our company and guarantees strict compliance with the terms and scope of the above services.
